God glorified His Son Jesus
One day Peter and John were going to the temple to pray about three o'clock in the afternoon. There was usually brought man, lame from birth and placed him every day at the temple gate called "Beautiful" to beg for those who entered the temple. When he saw Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms.
But Peter looked intently at him, as did John and said, "Look at us." And he turned towards them, expecting to receive something. But Peter said, "I have neither silver nor gold, but what I give to you in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk." It took him by the right hand, held it up. And immediately his feet and ankles were made strong jumped up and walked, and entered with them in temple walking and jumping and praising God all the people saw him walking and praising God, and acknowledged that was what I sat begging at the door of the temple and Bella were surprised and amazed about what had happened.
While he was held next to Peter and John, all the people beside himself with astonishment of them ran to the porch called Solomon. Seeing this, Peter said to them, "Men of Israel, why marvel at this and continue to set as if for our own power or piety we had made this man walk? "The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorified his servant Jesus, whom you delivered and disowned before Pilate, as he had decided to release him but you have denied the Holy and Righteous One, you have asked that there was pardoned a murderess, and you killed the Author of life. But God raised him from the dead and of this we are witnesses. Just for the faith placed in him the name Jesus gave this man strong whom you see and know, faith in Jesus has given the man this perfect health in the presence of you all.
