By order of February 9, 2010, in order to define the litigation with the company Centro Europa 7 Srl, the Communications Department of the Ministry of Economic Development, as established by 'Art. 11 of Law No. 241/1990, has determined to conclude a supplementary agreement with each other initiatives concerning the pursuit of television broadcasting in the national same Centro Europa 7 Srl, which resulted in the allocation of additional frequencies in the technical areas of regional Western Piedmont, Trentino-Alto Adige, Lazio and Campania and the prediction of subsequent assignments in the technical areas of the Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Liguria, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Marche, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria and Sicily.
